This is the BMW/ZF 53-BZ to Mercedes OM606 adapter kit (also m102/3/4, om602/3/4/5).

This suits the 53-BZ 6 speed transmission as found in BMW e90 e91 e92 335i petrol models 2006-2011. This extremely strong transmission has proven itself to withstand over 1000bhp and 1000Nm.
